Simple Chronicle!

MSFT and YHOO are back to the negotiation table and this time they are looking at a transaction that does not involve a full acquisition. I have always thought that this is way the deal should have been structured from Day 1. Refer to my post on Microsoft/Yahoo: Option X which talks about a ‘partial’ deal. In the end, I think a partial deal is what will work for both companies and will actually reduce the integration headaches that MSFT has to go through. If this deal goes through, I can tell my buddies that I predicted atleast one thing accurately
